Put the algorithm parser through its paces in non-FIPS mode.

First run algparse in various modes comparing the output with what is
expected, and then start PLUTO checking its algorithm table.

Differences from the expected output from algparse can be displayed on
the host (or guest) using something like:

  host$ ./testing/pluto/bin/algparse.sh OBJ.linux.x86_64/programs/algparse/algparse

this can then be fed to patch vis:

  host$ ./testing/pluto/bin/algparse.sh OBJ.linux.x86_64/programs/algparse/algparse | patch -p1
