Basic Client Address Translation (CAT) proof of concept test
using OE/IDNULL using two servers, east and west, assiging the same 
IPv4 address to the client road. 

east and and west is able to reach without CP since there is no NAT
using the same connection, ikev2-oe.conf.

Warning : client console output may not sanitized as swantest and
scripts may not support sanitizing road.console.txt
