Test Reauthentication of CREATE_CHILD_SA IPsec SA sharing IKE SA.

West has two connections to east. Both will share one IKE SA. 
And IKE will expire and Reauthentiate -- create new IKE and Child SAs.
When the IKE SA EXPIRE it will delete it's Child SAs along with it.
