IKEv2 RW test with rekey=yes
rekey=no on initiator, east ikelifetime 90s. The responder will try to replace IKE SA.

1. Road initiates and establish connection.
2. Initiator keeps the tunnel up.
3. Responder ike rekeys the tunnel stays up.
